If you order something from NaturOli and don't absolutely love it, rest assured that you can return most items to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. While order errors are few and far between, they can happen. If a portion of your order is missing or your order is incorrect please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team members will investigate and promptly resolve the issue.
If you received a damaged or defective product, please send pictures and a discription of the problem to email@example.com. We will either issue a refund or replacement. Damaged or defective reports are handled per occurance, any must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Returns of new, unused, products can be made up to 30 days after delivery and must be pre-authorized.
Used product can be returned for up to 50% of the purchase price.
Shipping is not refunded. Any return of a product shipped free will have the shipping cost paid by NaturOli deducted from the refund of the returned product.
The following shall be included with the return:
1. The reason for the return.
2. Employee authorizing the return.
3. The date the return was authorized.

If you would like to return NaturOli products that were received as a gift, the full name of the customer who purchased it will be required, and only store credit can be issued for the return.
