NaturOli Return/Refund Policy

Any order received visibly damaged during transit, should be refused at the time of delivery. Any damage discovered after opening the package must be reported to us within 3 business days.

Any return must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be pre-authorized. Please realize that TRUE natural products (as ours are) are rarely restocked.

Shipping is not refundable. Any return of a product shipped free will have the shipping cost paid by NaturOli deducted from the refund of the returned product. A 10% handling fee may also be assessed and deducted from the refund.

Returns can only be made by the purchaser. The following shall be included with the return:
1. The reason for the return.
2. Employee authorizing the return.
3. Terms of the return.
4. The date the return was authorized.

If the product is returned used, NaturOli reserves the right to give a partial refund. This can be discussed and agreed upon prior to return at the customers request.
