DUE TO LOW STOCK LIMIT TWO PER CUSTOMER. A biodegradable alternative to sea sponges, cellulose sponges and artificial fibers, the loofah sponge is a vegetable from the same family as the cucumber. The Egyptian Loofah (Luffe Aegyptiaca) is different from the loofah grown in Asia and South America (Luffe Acutangula) in that it lasts longer, is more resilient, and is larger, fluffier and softer. A natural ancient body polisher used by the royality of the Nile, the Egyptian loofah gently exfoliates and massages skin, sloughing off dead skin cells which aids in new cell growth hence improving the skin's texture and appearance.
In addition, loofah massage encourages blood flow within the cells, improving circulation especially helpful in fighting cellulite.
Loofah sponges lather well with soap and are long lasting when properly cared for. They are gentle enough when wet and lathered to use on the entire body.

This is my all-time favorite moisturizer! I love how is feels on my face, like I'm giving myself a treat as I apply it. I have combination skin and I can use this year round. The scent makes me smile knowing that it is plant derived.
